Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Authority

Authority is a Discord bot for moderation, logging, tickets, utilities and server management. By adding or using Authority, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use Authority for harassment, abuse, unauthorized access, disruption, evading enforcement, or unlawful activity. You must not use Authority in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Server responsibilities

Server owners and administrators are responsible for granting appropriate permissions, configuring features, making moderation decisions, and controlling access to logs, tickets and transcripts. You are responsible for how Authority is used in your server.

Availability and changes

Authority is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, be restricted, paused or discontinued, and access may be limited when needed to protect the service or users. No uninterrupted service is promised.

Third-party services

Authority depends on Discord and infrastructure providers to operate. Those services have their own terms, policies and availability. We do not control third-party services.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Authority is provided without warranties, and Raejy is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the bot. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

Changes will be published on this page with a new updated date. Continued use of Authority after publication means you accept the updated terms.

Contact

For questions about these terms, contact Raejy through the support channel linked on authority.mom. See the Privacy Policy.
